Job description

Conveniently nestled in central Kowloon, the United Services Recreation Club, a private membership club is a pristine oasis of peace and relaxation, located mere steps from Jordan MTR Station. Duties:

• Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
• Ability to follow instructions from F&B Manager / Assistant Managers and delegate to the rest of the team.
• Provide leadership and direction to the team in delivering excellent service in line with Club’s service standards.
• Serve food and beverages to the guests and make recommendations if needed.
• Act as the communicator between the service and kitchen.
• Welcoming and greeting guests in a professional manner.
• Handle guests' enquiries / complaints.
• Ensure overall cleanliness of all areas.
• Identify areas of improvement and finding practical solutions.
• Assist in other ad hoc duties as assigned.
• 10 hours per day including 1 hour meal breaks, work in shifts.

Requirement:

• 5 years or above of relevant experience in hospitality or related industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and promote a teamwork atmosphere.
• Strong organizational and communication skill.
• Good spoken English and Cantonese.
• Friendly, outgoing, energetic personality, attention to details.
