THE COMPANY :

• Watch manufacturer OEM & ODM
• Hong Kong : trading office
• Factory : Dongguan
• Main market : Europe for international watch brands
• We are looking for MERCHANDISER - with details as follows :

THE JOB :

• Direct communicate with customer on order follow up, delivery schedule and other daily issues
• Communicate with internal parties to ensure customer’s requests are fully adapted
• Ensure sample orders are issued in a timely manner
• Track and monitor sample status and ensure on-time delivery
• Prepare quotation of new development and ensure its accuracy
• Support the new product development process from idea to first production lot
• Manage the physical watch and material samples in a systematic way
• Work in Sales & Marketing team of 5 members
• Over 2-3 years work experience in watch trading or manufacturing companies
• Good communication skills in English & Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Proficient in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing
• 5 days work
• 13 months salary + performance bonus
