Responsibilities:

• Maintain and support telecommunication services such as Data services, Mobile Value-added Service, Mobile Roaming, SMS and IDD and Retail Service
• Troubleshoot network issues and incidents
• Handle customer complaints and service availability
• Review the quality of service with IT / Engineering team

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Network Operation Center
• Holder of Ciscos CCNP, Junipers JNCIP or related certification would be an advantage
• Good command in both spoken and written Chinese; fluency in English is a plus
