Our client is a real estate developer with diversified property portfolio covers office, retail shops and hotels in Hong Kong, China and Macau. They are hiring an Assistant Project Manager to look after their property portfolio.

Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for managing project execution and to ensure the project achieves the time and quality standard;
• Work with the engineering team to prepare the project budget and cost plans;
• Manage performance of all consultancies, contractors, and other external vendors;
• Conduct feasibilities studies, technical due diligence studies for A&A, fitting out projects, headquarter offices and retail shop

Requirements:

• Possess recognized qualifications of Member of HKIA, HKIS or equivalent would be an advantage
• Minimum 5 years working experience with property developers or consultancy firms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Good PC skills with hand-on experience in AutoCAD, MS Words, Excel etc.
