Our client is a prestigious property developer in Hong Kong. Due to continuous developments of its residential and commercial portfolio in Hong Kong, they are looking for the Design Manager to join their design management team.

Job Descriptions:

• Manage the feasibility study, schematic; design works and detailed design works
• Responsible for planning, executing and managing various types of the comprehensive development projects
• Monitor project progress to ensure it is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards;
• Manage performance of all international consultancies, contractors, and other external vendors;
• Conduct feasibilities studies, technical due diligence studies;
• Perform ad-hoc duties as when required

Requirements:

• Degree in Architectural studies, Interior Design or other relevant disciplines
• HKIA or RIBA is preferred
• Experiences in handling large scale residential / commercial projects in Hong Kong & PRC
• Good command of both spoken and written English , Chinese and Mandarin;
• Excellent project management, communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office
