Responsibilities

• Handle full set ocean import document and operation process.
• Assist for cost getting from related parties and freight quotation to overseas offices, agents and customers.
• Assist to handle & coordinate for Import & Export project.
• Coordinate with internal and external related parties to ensure the smooth operation.
• Ensure compliance to Government and company rule & regulation.

Requirement

• Diploma holder preferred
• 5 years import operation experience in freight forwarding industry is preferred
• Knowledge of Tradelink, Oneport
• Proficient in MS Office, especially in MS Excel
• Immediate available is preferred
