Job description

Our group is managing a collection of diversified brands across different dining concepts, from the appreciation of world-class gastronomic experience as fine art at its Michelin-starred restaurants, Tenku RyuGin 天空龍吟, Ta Vie 旅and Sushi Saito Hong Kong, to the indulgence of tasteful culinary concept at La Bombance and Yakiniku Jumbo (2018 Q2), to the fun of dining at a variety of fast-paced yet hearty eateries including Oreryu Shio Ramen and L.D.K. by Ufufu Cafe. We are looking for talented ambitious professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the reservations and waiting lists of our fine dining restaurants
• Interact with guests to obtain their loyalties and feedbacks
• Handle guest enquiries and complaints with professional manner
• Participate in ad hoc projects

Job Requirements:

• 3-5 years relevant experience in luxuries hotels/high-end restaurants especially greeting customers
• More experience with supervisor role will be considered as Manager
• Degree / Diploma in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
• Customer-oriented and detailed-minded with pleasant manner
• Strong communication skills and selling technique
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Willing to work on shift (8 rest days per month)
• Immediately available is highly preferred
