THE COMPANY :

• Building protection solutions provider
• We specialized in waterproofing for major building projects in Hong Kong
• We are looking for ASST QUANTITY SURVEYOR - with details as follows :

THE JOB :

• Tertiary education in building studies / quantity surveying
• 0-2 years experience in quantity surveying in the building / construction sector
• Fresh graduates in QS will be considered
• Interest or experience in waterproofing is a plus
• Proficient in Chinese and English
• Work in QS team of 5 members (4 X QS + one supporting staff)
• Report to Senior QS
• Well prepare the Quotation/Tender with measurement and analysis
• Work subletting and material procurement
• Payment Application and Final account
• Happy to learn
• Enjoy team work
• Annual leave : 10 days
• Bank holiday

• Friendly work culture
• Very few OT work is required
