Responsibilities:
- Lead the team to drive sales & marketing activities for the company's development portfolio
- Develop and analyze sales plans, strategies & positions for the company
- Develop and implement market development initiatives and pricing strategies to capture market opportunities
- Oversee all first-hand ordinance matters.
- Network with agents and coordinate sales activities in sales office and launch days
- Manage the daily operations of the sales office
Requirements:
- Degree Holder in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Management or related disciplines.
- At least 6 years of experience with proven successful sales track record of residential properties
- Able to work within strict and tight timelines and station at different sales offices
- Mature with positive mindset as well as a good team player.
- Proficiency in MS office application.
- Excellent verbal and written communications and language skills with fluency in English and Chinese.
- Candidates with more years of experience will be considered as Manager
