THE COMPANY :

• Footwear trading company over 20 years history
• Main markets : Europe, America, New Zealand and South Africa
• We are looking for FOOTWEAR DESIGNER – with details as follows :

THE JOB :

• Work independently for footwear design of assigned customers
• You will work closely with product development team to design and develop new footwear collections that meet the needs and preferences of our customers. You will be responsible for creating technical drawings and specifications for footwear designs and for collaborating with factories on product samples.
• Collaborate with product development team to design and develop new footwear collections that meet target cost, quality, and design goals
• Create technical drawings and specifications for footwear designs
• Collaborate with factories on product samples to ensure that product designs are produced with quality results
• Stay up-to-date on footwear design trends and innovations
• Tertiary education in fashion design, footwear design, or a related field
• 2+ years of relevant experience in footwear design or a related field
• Strong knowledge of footwear construction, materials, and manufacturing processes
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop and other design softwares is preferable
• Very few business trips is required
• 5 days work
• 13 months salary + performance bonus
• Annual leave : 10 days
