DNA Recruit Partners is partnering up with a skin care distributor, they carry renowned international skin care brands from all over the world to the whole China, covering the mainland, Hong Kong and Macau. With business expansion, they are now seeking for a Brand Manager to join their Tsim Sha Tsui office.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the overall management, direction, control to ensure consistent attainment of business goals
  • Plan & implement brand strategies with good marketing plans
  • Accountable for routine category management, distribution management, forecasting and optimizing inventory level
  • Monitor sales performance, competitor moves and market trends, provide report for management review regularly
  • Responsible in opening new accounts and broaden sales opportunities;
  • Develop strong partnership with retailers and key accounts through creative trade marketing plans to secure opportunities and coordinate initiatives
  • Analyze business trends and consumer insights to deliver brand sales and market share targets
  • Partner with BU teams to develop and deliver omnichannel initiatives, lead ongoing brand marketing and new product launch, including pre-campaign planning & post-campaign evaluation.
  • Lead and work closely with sales team to maximize the sales volume and market share

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, PR, communications, or related field
  • 5 years up in high end skincare brand management
  • Good in project management with strong business and numerical sense
  • Multi-tasked, well-organized, detailed minded with strong analytical skills
  • Ambitious, dynamic and a good team player
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
