Client details:

Our client is a well-established property developer with upcoming new build residential and commercial projects. They are now looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all QS related jobs including tendering, budgeting, cost and contract management for all the residential works
• Monitor the progress and status of submissions and approval status
• Prepare all project cost related recommendations and reports to the management
• Maintain project cost analysis/data bank

Job Requirements:

• Degree Holder in Surveying or other related disciplines
• At least 4 years working in Q.S. professional firms or developers
• Member of HKIS or equivalent
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Chinese
• Good communication and management skills
