THE COMPANY :

• We are a Hong Kong based company over 40 years history
• Freight forwarder in both airfreight and seafreight
• We are looking for PRICING & C****USTOMER SERVICE OFFICER – with details as follows :

THE JOB :

• Degree holder

• Studies in Logistics/Supply Chain/Trading/Business/

  Shipping or related is a plus

• Over 3-4 years customer service or equivalent work experience in seafreight and airfreight

• Able to handle customers enquiry, co-ordination with clients and overseas agents

• Knowledge in pricing is highly prefer

• Familiar with worldwide markets

• Good command of both written & spoken English, Chinese & Mandarin

• Computer literate proficiency in MS Office

• Report directly to the Business Director

• You will work independently to enhance customer service level of the Company to support corporate mission of continous business growth

• Responsible for handling agent and customer inquiry, booking, pricing quotation and follow up on routing orders.

• Develop business with agents and build up good relationship with suppliers to generate more business.

• Administer/handle rates, and related pricing inquires in close coordination with suppliers

• Handle procurement/pricing related matters involving rate inquiries, bids, and tenders

• Collaborate with internal parties to align on pricing strategy and local charge

• Communicate closely with sales to develop necessary pricing support on different business opportunities

• Work closely with business leaders in establishing pricing priorities

• Create and present reports to the business teams outlining tender results, price analytics and other required information

• Perform update into Company system and make sure the latest rates are updated to quotation systems and other internal applications
