• Hong Kong office : trading office, regional sales headquarters of Asia Pacific
• Factories : Japan, China and SE Asian countries
• Market : Asia Pacific region
• We are looking for JAPANESE SPEAKING PURCHASING OFFICER – with details as follows :

THE JOB :

• Work in Purchasing team of 30 members
• Ensure consistent quality and delivery of Copier & Printer mechanical components
• Liaise with factories and suppliers to ensure that the quality of parts meets the requirements
• Arrange logistics to ensure deliver on time
• Prepare the full set of procurement documents
• 1-3 years of working experiences in Procurement field
• Experience for mold for plastic manufacturing is a plus
• Good presentation and communication skills in Cantonese and English
• Proficient in spoken Mandarin
• Good command of Japanese (Level 2 or above)
• China trip is required
• 5 days work
• 13 months salary + performance bonus (past record 14 months)
• Work from home : 6 days per month
