Our client is a Hong Kong-based company that specializes in marketing and distributing internationally renowned skincare brands. The company has grown steadily to become a leading distributor in the region. The company focuses on sourcing and introducing new treatments and products suitable for Asian skin types. With their expansion plan, they are currently hiring a seasoned professional to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute training strategies aligned with business objectives
• Customize educational materials and tools for beauty brands
• Work with Brand Management, Sales, and Marketing teams to drive sales growth
• Evaluate and redefine training modules to ensure brand standards and customer expectations are met
• Manage education activities, including field coaching and classroom programs for wholesale partners and frontline sales teams
• Design training programs to elevate service experience and ensure excellent customer service
• Evaluate and review training performance and develop action plans for improvement
• Handle ad hoc assignments and projects as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
• At least 6 years of classroom and/or field training experience in high-end luxury beauty brands preferred
• Experience in facial treatment education is a plus
• In-depth knowledge of the latest beauty products and trends
• Passionate about skincare and hair care Ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Dynamic and strong in leadership Strong business acumen
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills Proficient in MS Office applications Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
