THE COMPANY :

• Manufacturer : medical device
• Main market : US, Canada, EU, Australia, Japan and China
• Factory : China Dongguan
• We are looking for R&D MANAGER – with details as follows :

THE JOB :

• Tertiary education in Engineering; preferably in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
• Over 3 years work experience in medical devices focus in R&D or product development
• Proficient in English & Chinese; Mandarin is a plus
• Knowledge in regulatory is a plus
• Report to Plant Director
• Lead and manage R&D team
• Formulate and implement research and development programs
• Interface with appropriate internal and external resources (regulatory, customers, etc.) to ensure development programs meet regulatory and customer requirements.
• Provide technical assistance for diagnosing design and process development problems.
• Keep senior management team informed of design/development progress and issues.
• Station Dongguan with occasional travel to Guangdong offices
• Daily shuttle bus provided between Dongguan Changping station to Dongguan factory & offices
• 5 days work
