Job Responsibilities

• Handle all round HR functions including the payroll processing, recruitment, staff benefits, employee relations and performance management, etc;
• Update and maintenance of HR system and prepare reports on a regular basis;
• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline;
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in all-rounded human resources functions in Environmental Services / Waste Management Company / Industry is a must**;**
• Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related legislations
• Proficiency in MS-Office and Chinese Word Processing is a must;
• Good communication skills, well-organized, strong sense of responsibility, attention to details and able to work independently;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Human Resources Officer.
