Job Responsibilities:

  • Formulate technical sales strategies and lead the development and implementation of short- and long-term sales plans to achieve sales targets
  • Cascade and monitor the achievement of key performance indicators
  • Lead and monitor progress of sales activities and Identify and implement customized solutions based on changing markets and trends
  • Negotiate pricing, discounts and contract terms to facilitate sales agreements and achieve targeted margins
  • Lead new/enhanced product solutions to best address customer needs based on product gap analysis
  • Supervise and manage the sales order process and ensure orders are processed timely and accurately with high quality service
  • Lead and manage the overall operations including company administrations and evaluate compliance risk

Job Requirements:

  • Degree or professional qualification in Science or Engineering-related discipline
  • Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in a similar role with 2 years’ experience in a managerial capacity
  • Proven sales track record and an existing network of contacts in specialty chemicals and food ingredients
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with positive attitude to drive results and achieve target
  • Fluent in Chinese, English and Mandarin
