Responsibilities

• Handle full set of books of the subsidiary company(ies) in which under the management of the DRC
• Support the efficiency of handling AR, AP and General Ledger journal entries in a quality and timely order
• Perform daily accounting functions, including book-keeping sales reconciliations, inventory reconciliations, bank reconciliations and inter-company reconciliations
• Assist in the preparation of financial analysis reports and month-end closing process
• Assist in cash flow preparation, forecast and analysis
• Liaise with external auditors and other business units for finance and control-related issues
• Assist in implementation and maintenance of internal financial controls and procedures
• Assist with payroll administration
• Assist in supervising Senior Accounts Clerk / Accounts Clerk on daily operations
• Undertake ad hoc and other related programs/projects as assigned

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business related discipline
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience preferably in F&B industry
• Able to handle full set of Accounts
• Familiar with Xero Accounting software
• Knowledge of Hong Kong statutory accounting and tax regulations
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediate availability is preferred
