Evangel hospital was jointly founded in 1965 by the Evangelical Free Church of America and the Evangelical Free Church of China in response to the increasing need for high quality healthcare services in Hong Kong.Our mission is to provide quality preventative and curative healthcare to the general public and to propagate the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We aim to assist patients to attain physical and spiritual health and well-being.

Responsibilities:- To oversee and ensure the smooth operation of the Psychological Assessment and Counselling Centre

• To consult with staff, professional counsellors and psychologists as necessary to facilitate the coordination of care for clients
• To ensure effective implementation of the strategies and drive implementation and action to achieve the goals and objectives
• To promote and ensure/ upkeep the standard and quality of the Service
• To develop/ review policies and operational guidelines and ensure safe keeping of clinical notes

Qualifications & Preferred Attributes:- Master degree in Counseling/ Educational Psychology/ Clinical Psychology/ Social Work or equivalent

• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge and clinical skills in conducting psychological assessment and intervention in a spectrum of psychopathologies
• Familiarity with intervention and tools in mental health and psychosocial support
• Experience in planning and managing similar services is an advantage
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
