Job description

A leading garment group is looking for the experienced high caliber candidates to fill up the following post :

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Product Integrity for apparel / textiles products
• Leading the team to manage material and apparel quality/ standard, arranging performance tests with commercial laboratories, as well as in-house lab.
• Updating regulations, testing protocol, requirements, SOP’s pertaining to different brands both private and company own brands.
• Keep constant track on testing failures and take the lead to submit CAP.
• Prepare quarterly supplier score card by analyzing pass/fail test reports of each supplier.
• Work with third external lab for testing cost control.
• Manage in-house laboratory testing with the subordinates.
• Review & issue in-house test report for basic testing.
• Quote and order consumable testing materials & equipment.
• Liaise with suppliers for repairing and maintaining testing equipment of in house lab.
• Arrange necessary training, seminars, webinars for the team.

Requirements and Skills:

• Responsible, punctual, analytical, open-minded, helpful, outspoken, friendly
• Higher Diploma or degree holder of textile technology related programs.
• 8-10 years textile testing or quality assurance related experience is preferable
• Fluent Cantonese, English and Mandarin. Good English written skill.
• Computer knowledge: MS Words, Excel (vlookup, pivot table) and Outlook. RLM, PLM system, Flex PLM, Retail link, Datalink would be advantage.
