Based in HSH’s corporate office based in Central, Hong Kong, we are seeking a Manager, Learning and Talent Development to shape and support the Group’s global learning and development function. This role is a pivotal champion for creating innovative and engaging learning experiences that align with the group’s strategic objectives regarding talent growth and development.

Key Accountabilities

  • Design and execute the group’s Learning and Talent Development strategy
  • Partner with the leadership teams and operational Learning and Talent Development community to build and deliver effective learning solutions to support organisational growth
  • Drive the group’s talent development initiatives, including leadership and emerging talent development programme
  • Oversee continuous improvement in the learning methodology by incorporating various delivery strategies such as as e-learning, simulations, instructor-led training, and blended learning approaches
  • Partner with external vendors and consultants as needed to support learning initiatives

General requirements

  • University degree or above in a relevant field (Human resources, hospitality, business etc)
  • Minimum 5 years learning and talent management experience in a luxury hospitality or retail field
  • Minimum 8-10 years global / regional learning and talent management role
  • Hotel operation experience and understanding of employee life cycle is advantageous
  • Strong computer and analytical skill
  • Exceptional understanding of L&D best practices, tools, methodologies and more
  • Ability to engage and influence all levels of employees and leaders
  • Creative and innovative mindset
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Occasional travel may be required
