Summary
Taron Solutions Limited is entering an exciting period to build our global brand servicing pharma and biopharma industries. Due to our expansion into different regional market, we are looking to hire a business development member to handle promotion, chase and close business contracts with bio-pharma partners. The individual conducts duties and responsibilities listed below, plus any other tasks as requested by the CFO.

To excel in this role, we are looking for someone who has good bio-pharma network in North America or Europe, have a compelling sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close new business contracts from cold calls and inbound warm leads.

Some responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Prepare marketing and sales material.
• Reach out to potential clients and build relationship to explore business opportunity.
• Prepare project proposal and related contract administration.
• Work with internal team to ensure project progress is properly updated to client.
• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
• Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
• Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
• Finding and developing new leads and business growth
