Key Areas of Focus:
- Handle pension-related complaints from hotline and email, ensuring timely resolution within established timelines
- Investigate complaints and communicate with complainants, regulators, and management as needed
- Collaborate with relevant parties to rectify issues and recommend preventive measures
- Keep complaint handling procedures manual up-to-date
- Prepare regulatory and internal statistical reports
- Organize and conduct complaint meetings
Key Talent Expectations:
- Bachelor's degree holder
- Experience in complaint handling, especially in finance or insurance related
- Good knowledge of MPF/ORSO scheme operation and regulations
- Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English
- With less experience candidate will be considered as Assistant Manager
