We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Manager, Health VAS.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Lead vendor engagement including relationship management, negotiation, vendor contracts and incorporating comments from key stakeholders
  • Develop the details on marketing and promotion campaign to drive traffic for health business and utilization of the digital customer engagement platform
  • Prepare training deck and admin guidebooks as well as providing input to marketing materials for projects relating to medical affairs, health ecosystem, value- added services and other health and wellness related initiatives
  • Perform market research and identify market trends and customer needs, InsurTech ideas and new H&W initiatives in the market, support focus group meetings and pilot runs for initiatives
  • Gather business data from different source and deliver the analysis that monitors the initiative/campaign performance and utilization, including but not limited to those on the digital customer engagement platform
  • Perform other regular administrative work, e.g. marketing budget administration, expense record maintenance, vendor payment

Requirements

Requirements- Bachelor’s degree or higher, with quantitative background such as medical marketing, business, medical science, statistics, math, actuarial science, engineering

  • 10 years of relevant work experience; work experience in digital projects is an advantage
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin ability is a plus but not required
  • Proficient in MS Office including but not limited to excel (advanced skills); basic knowledge of programming language is desirable, such as databases and macro experience
  • Self-motived individual with teamwork mentality
  • Strong people skills to collaborate with teams to deliver tasks and initiatives; prior experience in managing relationships with H&W vendors and medical providers is preferable
