We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Manager, Sales Management and Support.

Principal Responsibilities

  1. MPF and ORSO sales support
  • Be responsible for updating marketing collaterals for both MPF and ORSO products
  • Help prepare sales pitch or product review of various AM strategies including Multi Asset, Equity, Fixed Income and Money Market
  • Market landscape research and competitive analysis
  • Maintain a log of customer complaint/FAQ for frontline
  1. Coordinate with marketing team/ HSBC Pensions / HASE Pensions
  • Support and facilitate members’ briefing and various events (both MPF and ORSO) in terms of logistics
  • Support and facilitate board / investment committee meetings and various events (both MPF and ORSO) in terms of logistics
  1. Client service
  • Coordinate with client service resource in Bangalore to service all MPF related activities and INHK ORSO mandate including managing breaches and regulatory filings as well as factsheet and various reporting coordination
  • Provide basic Chinese language support for client servicing as we do not have offshore Chinese support
  • Back up MPF basic client service tasks while offshore resource is away
  1. Record keeping
  • Create and maintain record of members’ briefing, joint pitches for MPF/ ORSO
  • Collate information to analyze success e.g. RFP hit rate

Requirements - University degree or equivalent qualification required, preferably with an investment or finance focus

  • Understanding of the retirement industry and products in Hong Kong, experience in asset management preferred
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese is required), both written and spoken
  • Excellent organization and communication skills, attention to detail required, ability to work effectively with internal / external stakeholders to provide high quality responses to clients
  • Strong team member, ability to work with onshore and offshore colleagues effectively
