Job description

Our client is a top tier Chinese Investment Bank in Hong Kong, they offer financial services solutions to global investors and corporate. They are currently looking for experienced project manager with solid experience in operations processing to join their team.

Job Responsibilities:

- To gather and document operations requirement for new and changed business process.

- Analyse, design, and implement business processing model for new product and system workflows.

- Identify processing improvement needs regarding to gap/efficiency/control/cost and provide relevant solutions.

- Liaison with operations and technology teams and other stakeholders to ensure the project delivery.

To succeed in this role, you must have a solid understanding of operations workflows and practical experience in project management.

Other requirements:

- University graduated in Business Administration, Finance or relevant disciplines

- Minimum 5 years operations or back-office experience in the financial services industry, with sound product knowledge in banking and wealth management.

- Well understanding of operations workflows with the ability to review the process and drive the streamlining/automation projects.

- Practice project management experience with strong analysis and problem-solving skills.

- Demonstrate great communication skills across teams and ensure project delivery under the control.
