Job Description
Fusion Bank Limited (“Fusion Bank”) is a licensed virtual bank in Hong Kong and a joint venture between Tencent Holdings Limited, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Asia) Limited, Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited, Hillhouse Capital and renowned Hong Kong entrepreneur Mr. Adrian Cheng (invested via investment entity – Perfect Ridge Limited), each bringing unique expertise, experience and insight to the partnership.
Responsibilities:
- Report directly to the Head of Human Resources and Administration, develop employees through identifying training needs, propose and offer optimal learning and development solutions;
- Formulate and implement learning and development strategies/initiatives to develop the Bank's talent;
- Source, organize, deliver and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs in support of the Bank's business and people strategies;
- Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of training programs;
- Maintain proper training records internally and ensure the fulfillment of CPD requirements of targeted individuals;
- Assist in Corporate's Culture building projects.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Psychology or related disciplines;
- At least 5 -10 years of experience in training, learning and development, preferably in banking / financial institutions;
- Good understanding of learning and development trends and best practices in market;
- Proven experience in sourcing and coordinating training programs;
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented with strong communication, presentation and people skills;
- Good stakeholder management and project management skills;
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
- Immediate availability is an advantage.
