Roles and Responsibilities

Organization Development:
-
Partner with HRBP to work on department and organisation's competitiveness
-
Provide advices on organisation structure & development
-
Maintain healthy organizational structure and optimize productivity
-
People Development:
-
Help with succession planning processes, promotion framework and career development for talents
-
Drive learning and development program for individual and managers
-
Plan and execute in-house design training program and work with external consultants when needed
-
Culture and Engagement:
-
Implement initiatives that help to cultivate the company culture
-
Drive staff engagement programs to increase employees' satisfaction
-
Able to communicate and train internal staff regarding different needs
Qualifications and Requirements
- Degree holder with minimum 5 years of experience in organization development; preferrably experience in ecommerce & media industry
- Experience in building talent development programs from scratch and targetting local staff,
- Self initiative mindself and comfortable to work in a fast paced environment
- Great communication skills in both English and Cantonese
- Good knowledge of MS Office/ Google Suite (Google Sheet, Google Doc, Google Slide)
