Job description

Responsibilities:

1. Participate in the project's due diligence, design, production, implementation and post-investment management work.
2. Perform on coordinating among different parties and maintain good relationship with external entities, i.e. government, other peers and/or regulatory entity
3. Good understanding and knowledge of the business model and information available for analysis, monitor and analyze the dynamics of the capital market, economic trends, industry prospects, and formulable opinions and suggestions
4. Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

1. Degree or above with major in Finance, Risk Management or related discipline, preferably with qualification in CPA and/or CFA
2. At least 5 years relevant experience, preferably in asset management or banking industry
3. Good understanding and knowledge of economy, law, finance, financial management, and be familiar with economic and financial laws and regulations and policies
4. Good communication skills, good comprehensive analysis, coordination and negotiation ability
5. Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
