Responsibilities:

As the payroll specialist of the HR operations team, the primary role includes the following: - Process company's payroll based on time records, benefits provisions, and taxes, in accordance to the payroll schedules for all relevant entities

• Maintains payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data
• Receives and coordinates requests for leave and other absences
• Handles changes in exemptions, job status, and job titles
• Identifies, investigates, and resolves discrepancies in timesheet and payroll records
• Completes payroll reports for record-keeping purposes or managerial review
• Prepare tax calculations and documentations
• Performs the distribution of wages through issuance of paper checks or direct transfers to employees' bank accounts
• Adheres to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant law
• As part of the HR Operations team, work closely with other members to perform other operational related tasks, including but not limited to: responding to employee enquiries related to payroll and other person information, and maintaining personal data in the HR information system
• Support other regular and/or ad-hoc operational tasks as assigned by the Team Head of HR Operations

Requirements:- University graduate with minimum 3 year of relevant working experience

• Solid knowledge and practical experience in payroll is a plus
• Good written and spoken English
• Strong organizing ability and multi-tasking
• Detail oriented
• Strong in team collaboration
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer
