Our client is one of the world’s largest Asia-focused alternative asset managers. They are currently looking for an Associate Human Resources to join their team in Hong Kong.

Reporting to the Head of HR, your main tasks are to coordinate with payroll and benefits providers, maintain the candidate tracking system and source/screen candidates, and coordinate interviews, and you will ensure policies are adhered to and compliant with local laws. You will be dealing with banks on account openings and preparing analysis reports.

To qualify, you must have 4-6 years of HR experience preferably in financial services. You should be a self-starter who’s strong in multitasking, detail-oriented, has great communication and solid organizational skills, and you must have strong communication skills in English and Chinese.
