Job description

Our client is a renowned luxury retail group who is looking for a Director, Talent Management to join their team in Hong Kong.

Working closely with HR Directors and business leaders in the region, you will be driving talent management initiatives, identifying key talent needs, and conducting performance review and analysis to develop succession planning for hi-potential employees across the group.

The successful candidate must have at least 12 years of experience in talent management, ideally with regional exposure from consumer and retail industry. Strong stakeholder management skills is a must. Fluent English and Cantonese in both written and verbal communications will be required.
