• Responsible for the development and analysis of compensation and benefits bench-marking exercise for each country (including China, Hong Kong and South East Asia)
• Handle full spectrum C&B duties such as payroll calculation, taxation, MPF, benefits administration and leave management etc.
• Conduct annual salary review, bonus exercise, salary surveys and other rewards projects
• Responsible payroll budgeting, auditing and reporting
• Review HR policies to ensure meeting all regulatory and compliance requirements

skills & experiences required.

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related discipline
• Minimum of 8 years of all-rounded Human Resources experience, preferably from large corporation / MNC / Construction / Engineering company and strong in Recruitment
• Agile, self-motivated, proactive, detailed mind and able to manage multiple tasks
• Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and regulations
• Strong communication, problem-solving, leadership and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Google and MS Office applications.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese & Mandarin)
