Real estate investment director, family office | HK Talent Engage

Job description

We are assisting our client to hire an investment director based in Hong Kong to lead a small team for global real estate investment.

Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for:

• Conduct active research, due diligence, feasibility study, financial modeling and analysis on potential real estate investment opportunities across the globe
• Execute real estate investment transactions, including acquisitions, and post-transaction management work
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders

Requirement

• Bachelor in Finance/ Business/ Real Estate or related subject
• Minimum 7 - 8 years of experience in real estate investment with property developers/buy or sell side with real estate investment would be preferred. Residential or commercial properties project experience would be a plus
• Good commands in Chinese and English with good stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Independent and hands on to work closely with management team with flexible mindset and able to tell the story
