Senior / Product Manager - Digital Project | HK Talent Engage

Job description

Job Responsibilities：

• Organize and manage the new innovative product development and implementation
• Formulate the technical development plan and implementation plan of each digital project
• Through collaborating with various ecosystem partners in agile approach, generate new ideas on the end to end customer journey and experience, lead the cross-departmental projects to provide strategic solutions to internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation
• Work closely with technical developers to managing the full development process in building the digital platform with front-end and backend and deliver the digital projects.
• Conduct the market research and data analysis on each digital project, review the business performance after the launch of the project

Requirements: - Degree or above in Information System, Computer Science or other relevant disciplines

• At least 3 years of relevant digital business analyst and project management experience, preferably in internet, electronic payment, educational institutional services industries.
• Good knowledge of digitalized service, financial products, electronic payment services.
• Tech savvy and with experience in Agile working model is preferable
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills; sound problem solving and decision-making ability
• Understand of information architecture, user experience, user interface and interaction design
• Solid knowledge in Photoshop, Illustrator, Wordpress, Java or other graphic and interactive design tools
• Strong programming skills; Willing to learn new things and explore new Technology skills
• Less experienced candidates can be considered as Product Manager
