The HR Shared Services Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the full employee lifecycle, implementing and reviewing HR policies, streamlining processes, evaluating job structures, collaborating with the C&B team, generating analytical reports, ensuring data accuracy with the HRIS team, and working closely with regional HR teams to drive the transformation agenda.

Description

  • Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Implement, review, and update HR policies to align with the company's transformation goals.
  • Streamline HR processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Evaluate job structures and recommend changes to support organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with the C&B team on compensation and benefits exercises.
  • Generate analytical reports, such as global headcount reviews and acceptance rate analyses.
  • Work closely with the HRIS team to ensure accurate data migration and data integrity.
  • Collaborate with regional HR teams to drive the transformation agenda and ensure alignment across regions.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification is a plus.
  • 7 years or more of proven experience in HR transformation, HR policy implementation, and process improvement, with a background in consulting firms being highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with HR analytics and reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and data management.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
