Role
This role will be responsible for delivering centralized HR services and leading regular reviews in HR policies and procedures to promote service excellence and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in formulating, reviewing and implementing HR policies and procedures in relation to Payroll and Benefits Administration, Retirement Scheme Administration, People Administration, Licensing Operations, etc, to ensure compliance with the latest regulatory requirements
- Support various staff wellness programmes to promote staff engagement
- Compile data analytics report and compliance / risk management report
- Participate in enhancement projects of HR systems
- Support in HKMA on-site exam, off-site review and internal / external auditor’s request
- Handle ad-hoc tasks / projects as assigned
Requirements:
- University graduate in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in HR, of which 5 years in the areas of Compensation & Benefits and/or HR operations preferably in banking/ financial services industry
- Well-versed with Employment Ordinance, relevant laws and regulations; knowledge in PRC employment law or with PRC exposure is an advantage
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills, good team player, proactive, self-driven, detail-minded & well-organized
- Strong communication skill, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure
- Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin is preferred
