Job description

Our client is a reputable property developer with extensive retail, residential and commercial portfolio in HK. They are now looking for a Project Manager / Design Manager to support their team.

Job Descriptions:

• Monitor project progress to ensure it is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards;
• Manage performance of all consultancies, contractors, and other external vendors;
• Tender document preparation
• Conduct feasibilities studies, technical due diligence studies;
• Perform ad-hoc duties as when required

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Interior Design/ Architecture/ Project Management/ Building Studies/ Construction Management or other relevant disciplines
• 5 years' or above working experience in fitting-out and restack projects
• Experiences in handling ESG projects and environment report is a plus
• Good command of both spoken and written English , Chinese and Mandarin;
• Excellent project management, communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office
