Job description

Responsibilites:

• Oversee technical aspects of ongoingprojects.
• Manage budgets and expenses to ensure cost control.
• Monitor the progress of projects and the quality of work being done on-site.
• Ensure that projects are completed within the designated timeframe, budget, and with high quality.
• Attend project meetings and participate in statutory inspections.
• Prepare detailed drawings and coordinate on-site activities for smooth execution.

Job Requitment:

• Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Engineering (Other Engineering discipline will also be consideration)
• 2 years work experience in the field of lift industry (Lesser experience or experience in other engineering trade will also be considered)
• To manage service stations, deal with technical and customer issues
• To commuicate with factory, documentation and engineering work
