Job description

• Order management
• Coordination with customers, factories, forwarder and shipping companies
• Assist in preparation of reports
• Provide admin support
• Perform any other ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree holder

• Fresh graduate is also welcome

• 1 - 3 year working experience trading or manufacturing or buying office or buying agent or sourcing office or retailing or distributor or wholesales or logistics companies or shipping companies

• Good command of Chinese, English & Putonghua

• Good PC Knowledge in MS Word, Excel
