Job description

Requirements

• At least 5 years production planning, scheduling and material planning experience
• Degree in Business Administration, Planning, Supply Chain Management or relevant disciplines
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Frequently business trip is required
• Station in China (Shenzhen)

Responsibilities

• Work closely with overseas vendors
• Analyze production requirements based on immediate sales orders and short/medium term forecast considering production resources (people, materials, equipment)
• Work with operations management team to determine the most cost efficient utilization of production resources for on time delivery and minimization of overall cost
• Recommend and lead implementation of solutions to improve the planning and scheduling processes
• Act as the liaison between the Operations, Customer Service and other teams to prepare responses to significant customer inquiries and then deliver to the agreed on customer expectations
• To ensure that strategic material planning processes are in place to enable operational and production continuity
• To ensure new order enquiry material supply plan to support production requirement
• Able to deliver efficient, effective and flexible solutions to meet production requirements
