Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the foreign exchange risk of the group, develop foreign exchange management strategies based on the company's business objectives and risk tolerance, and ensure the effectiveness and stability of the company's foreign exchange trading and risk management;
• Conduct foreign exchange buying and selling transactions in accordance with the company's foreign exchange trading strategies and regulations, promptly develop risk exposure hedging strategies, and maintain records and reports of trading activities;
• Monitor the dynamics of the domestic and foreign exchange markets, understand market trends and changes, and make timely adjustments to foreign exchange trading and risk management strategies. Identify, evaluate, and manage foreign exchange risks, develop effective risk management strategies, and promptly report risk situations;
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal departments such as finance, risk control, and business to ensure smooth foreign exchange trading and risk management;
• Communicate and cooperate with external institutions such as banks, foreign exchange trading platforms, and foreign exchange dealers, maintain relationships with counterparties, and ensure smooth foreign exchange trading and risk management;
• Prepare relevant reports on foreign exchange trading and risk management, and submit them to superiors and relevant departments in a timely manner;
• Provide training and guidance on foreign exchange management to internal employees of the company, and improve their foreign exchange management skills.

Job Specification:

• A master's degree or above in economics, finance, mathematics, or related fields is preferred;
• More than 10 years of experience in foreign exchange trading positions in financial institutions, or relevant experience in foreign exchange fund management in large enterprises, proficient in operating trading terminals such as Bloomberg;
• Honest, rigorous, and conscientious, with excellent business acumen, logical thinking ability, communication skills, and learning ability, and a team spirit;
• Possession of foreign exchange trading qualifications, CFA, FRM, or other professional certificates is preferred.
