Job description

Responsibilities:

• Establish and cultivate client relationships within the non-banking financial sector, specifically in the realm of Information Technology (IT)
• Develop and execute strategies for building a high-performing local team that aligns with the organization’s goals and objectives
• Nurture candidate relationships by offering expert market insights and facilitating career development opportunities
• Prioritize the execution of recruitment mandates by comprehensively understanding client hiring requirements and identifying qualified candidates
• Undertake diverse senior-level assignments, conducting extensive research to gather market intelligence across various industries, and effectively sourcing suitable candidates
• Collaborate closely with key stakeholders within client organizations to efficiently manage recruitment initiatives, ensuring optimal candidate management and customer service
• Assess candidates through telephone or in-person interviews and providing professional guidance accordingly
• Provide necessary training to the offshore outsourcing recruitment team, equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge to efficiently commence their operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree holder
• Demonstrated minimum of 7 years of recruitment experience with a major focus in IT
• Demonstrated track record of successfully acquiring and nurturing client relationships
• Proven track record of successfully building and leading teams in a recruitment agency setting
• Displayed a strong team-oriented approach, along with self-motivation, energy, and ambition
• Result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and objectives
• Flexibility for occasional business travel as needed
• Exceptional communication skills are essential
• Proficiency in both Cantonese and English is required, while conversational proficiency in Mandarin is also desirable
