Requirements

• Degree holder
• 4 - 6 years work experience in Electronics Manufacturing industry, with experience in manufacturing operation process
• Knowledge in production process, manufacturing workflow and layout in EMS industry
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office application and CAD

Responsibilities

• Responsible for industrial engineering, troubleshooting & problem resolution of manufacturing executive system
• Lead a team of industrial engineers & technicians to develop and implement manufacturing processes, a productivity improvement program and profitability studies
• Handle the development of equipment to support the manufacturing process
