• HK company, expatriate boss
• Trading / distributor of medical devices imported from US/EU/overseas
• Main market : HK, China and Asia
• Main customers : HA, private hospitals, medical & healthcare professionals..etc
• China office : Guangzhou
• We are looking for Finance Manager - with details as follows :

The Job :

• Manage full spectrum of accounting and financial issues
• Review accounts prepared by China accounting firm
• Lead one accounting subordinate
• Responsible for month-end closing & financial reports
• Prepare regular management reports monthly, quarterly and annually
• Handle cash management and bank facilities
• Responsible for company audits
• Liaise with external auditors, banks, lawyers and consultant
• Prepare ad-hoc management reports and analysis as required by the management
• Responsible for company secretary function
• Report to MD
• Degree holder in Finance / Accounting or related disciplines
• An advantage if member of recognized professional accounting bodies (HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent)
• 5-8 years solid managerial level preferably gained in trading companies
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin is a plus
• No or very few trips is required
• 5 days work
• Annual leave : 12 days
