Our client is a globally recognized leader in their industry, currently experiencing rapid expansion across multiple markets. They are seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to take charge of their U.S. regulatory work. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the legal framework for a dynamic business poised for growth.

Description

• Track, collect, and analyse laws, regulations, and policies from U.S. regulatory agencies to maintain compliance.
• Coordinate with external legal advisors to manage the company's legal matters concerning its U.S. listing.
• Keep up to date with the latest U.S. regulatory changes and requirements from relevant bodies that affect publicly listed companies.

Profile

• 10+ PQE, experience gained from an international law firm with solid exposure in US listing rules compliance
• Strong analytical skills, excellent negotiation abilities, and a collaborative team spirit
• Proficient in English, with Mandarin skills preferred
