Digital Graphic Designer (Design & Post Production)

Job Description

Perform and assist in graphic design, digital intermediate and post-production
Plan and execute all forms of design concept in online and offline channels, such as graphics, page layout making and corporate products design for educational publications and materials
Organize the database for various production and printing projects, and work with the internal team to ensure all the output files to meet the deadline with high quality outcome
Handle pre-printing production processes and schedules, plus assist in controlling production costs to achieve quality, effectiveness and efficiency
Participate in cross-departmental internal group communication, as well as assist in promoting smooth operation of production and printing processes
Liaise with external vendors, such as production houses and printers regarding quotations, printing, and incoming goods to ensure high standards across outputs

Job Requirement

Bachelor’s Degree or above in Multimedia Design or related discipline
Minimum 3 years or above of related experience; experience with post production would be an advantage
Full mastery of Adobe design software, solid hand-on experience in In-Design, Illustrator and Photoshop
Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Good communication skills, proactive, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Chinese input methods, and PC typesetting software
