Assistant Marketing Manager (Retail Marketing)

The successful candidate is expected to

• Achieve Marketing KPI, including but not limited to Brand Sales, product/ channel sales contribution, managed marketing cost within the planned budget
• Be the business partner to support business growth and development in Hong Kong & Macau through diverse marketing initiatives or promotion campaigns according to the latest industry trends and market best practices
• Implementation of the end-to-end 360 degree marketing campaigns including but not limited to high profile promotions (HPP), over-the-counter (OTC) promotions, grow the customer base, footfall, sales & profit
• Work closely with regional marketing team to help plan & ensure smooth and timely execution of all marketing campaigns.
• Develop and maintain strategic alliances with local external business partners (e.g. landlord, production agency etc.) to facilitate the execution of marketing & business needs cost effectively
• Monitor market trends (industry & competitors), stay up-to-date on the retail strategies, analyze campaign performance and customer insights to optimize strategies and identify opportunities for business growth and innovation.
• Manage the in-store VM display and ensure the visual merchandising guideline are followed through
• Lead, engage and coach the team to achieve marketing KPIs

What you should bring along

• Bachelor degree or above in Marketing or Communications with minimum 5 years' solid experience in FMCG/ retail industry
• A strategic thinker with strong numerical and analytical skills
• Innovative and creative, result-driven person with strong ownership and able to work independently as well as leading the team
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficient with MS Office applications
