Job Responsibilities
Calculate and summarize project budget costs;
Prepare settlement documents for clients and subcontractors;
Manage the receipt, distribution, archiving, and handling of project documents, strictly adhering to confidentiality principles;
Oversee daily inventory management, including categorization, labeling, sorting, inbound/outbound management, accurate ledger recording, and periodic compilation of monthly reports;
Digitize and electronically process project documents, building an information-based project document management system; and
Assist in developing regulations for document archiving, classification, information retrieval, document appraisal, and confidentiality reviews.

負責專案工程預算成本的核算和匯總；
負責編制對建設單位、分包的結算工作；
負責建立專案資料的接收、發放、歸檔和管理，嚴格遵守保密原則；
負責存貨的日常管理，包括分類碼放、整理標識、出入庫管理，及時準確登記台賬，並定期編制月報表；
進行專案資料數位化化、電子化工作，構建資訊化專案資料管理系統；和
協助編制出資料歸檔、資料分類、資訊檢索、資料鑒定、保密審查等各項規章制度。
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above, with preference for engineering-related majors;
Project work occurs at night, with flexible adjustments to working hours based on project needs; ability to adapt to periodic high-intensity work schedules and comply with project-based management;
Over 2 years of experience in the engineering industry, with preference for knowledge of non-excavation restoration technologies;
Familiar with the operational procedures of CCTV (pipeline endoscope) and QV (periscope) for pipeline inspections; and
Strong communication and coordination skills, diligent, responsible, and possesses a strong sense of teamwork.

本科及以上學歷；
專案施工時間為夜間，根據專案情況靈活調整工作時間，能夠適應階段性高強度工作安排，能服從專案制管理；
具備非開挖修復行業三年以上工作經驗；
精通相關專業軟體，如Auto CAD、Photoshop、Adobe Premiere Pro、Adobe AI、CDR等繪圖與設計軟體；
熟練專案資料管理流程和規範，熟悉非開挖修復工藝優先；
對工作負責，有耐心，相對穩定，能長期嚴謹細緻的做好瑣碎工作；
具備較強的溝通、協調能力，以及良好的語言表達和文字編輯能力，具有較強的抗壓能力和學習能力；和
服從領導安排以及配合其他部門做好相關工作。
